Developing a website for B2B and B2C financial stakeholders

Brief: design and develop a new website which delivers key information to both corporate stakeholders and Link customers.

Operating across Europe, Link Financial Outsourcing is one of Europe’s largest credit experts. During the summer of 2015, Link approached Talisman to design and develop a new website that would tie in and compliment their new brand being developed internally.

The main challenge with the project was developing a website that would provide the right messaging to two distinct audiences. The website needed to appeal to end customers and to a corporate audience.

Solution: develop key messaging and imagery for both audiences and combine them within a single, unified website.

We started the project by working with Link to understand the requirements both audiences had for the website, and the messages which would resonate with each group. We then examined and reviewed the websites of key competitors before producing a draft structure for the new website.

Our creative team worked within Link’s new brand to produce website visuals that could deliver the correct messages to both audiences, whilst maintaining a unified look and feel to the website. The visuals were then passed to our technical team who set about developing the website.

The development process needed to make sure the website would display on a range of devices and would give Link the freedom to make changes to the content after the website had gone live. In addition the website also needed to provide a secure online payment facility. Our team worked around Link’s existing infrastructure to integrate a secure payment mechanism which would be quick and easy for customers to complete.

The new website has provided Link with a modern and flexible platform in which to reach their audiences online. The website is in keeping with their new brand, which portrays Link as a leading, forward thinking credit expert.
