Brief: to provide a one-stop, creative and production resource.

Partnership Assurance engaged our services initially to replace an internal studio resource, to produce all of the core literature for their key products – ‘long term care’, ‘retirement annuities’, ‘equity release’ and ‘life assurance’.

Solution: adding value to a relationship.

At the outset our role was primarily to design, print and distribute literature, from sales brochures, to KFD’s and product application forms. As the relationship has grown, we now manage the design and production of the majority of Partnership’s financial services marketing collateral including advertising, direct mail, presentations, exhibition design and sales promotion.

Growth has come about for a number of reasons. Producing great creative work that gets results is a mandatory. Equally important is a dedicated project management team that has been developed to work quickly, efficiently and accurately, to successfully manage the demands of nine different Partnership contacts.

Adding value to financial services marketing

Challenges: managing the marketing needs of multiple products.

The respective products require a multitude of marketing collateral with different target markets, ranging from IFA’s specialising in annuities, to direct clients, to care home providers and local authorities. They also required different branding, tone of voice and delivery methods to reach their respective target markets.

We have managed and set guidelines for each of Partnerships different sectors, ensuring that each brand has its own unique identity, yet is coherent with the Corporate Partnership brand. We have initiated guideline documents to ensure each brand is understood and implemented correctly across all collateral.

Producing financial literature for Partnership

Results: continually keeping ahead of the game.

After six years, the relationship continues to grow as the needs of Partnership change and develop. New product marketing campaigns, digital advertising, Apps to manage event collateral, animated presentations, an online stock ordering and literature hub, are all examples of completed projects that sit alongside the regular flow of literature based requirements, print and fulfilment.

While needs have changed the strength of the agency/client relationship has remained consistent, sticking to our core belief that service does matter.
