Brief: to create a brand identity that reflected the company’s ethos
Solutus started 5 years ago with three staff members in one office, offering Special Loan servicing solutions to clients. Since then they’ve grown and needed a brand identity that represented the company ethos and made them stand out against their competitors. They needed something fresh, engaging and different along with a new responsive website.

Developing a new brand identity
A rebrand is always an interesting and sensitive task. We started by running workshops with key decision makers, helping them to shape their company proposition and mission statement, and running brand personality tests to see where they thought the current brand was and where they wanted the new brand to take them. We also took them though competitor and other Financial Services brands to get a sense of how far the brand could be pushed. Once we had a firm brief together we set to work, designing logos, imagery, colour palettes and font styles for them to choose from. The brand was approved on the first set of visuals and we then set about designing the website and other corporate literature for them.
Developing a new website
The website was redesigned and developed to be responsive, allowing it to be viewed across a range of desktop, mobile and tablet devices. A Content Management System was implemented allowing them to make updates quickly and easily. Solutus needed a secure area developed so their clients could access specific documentation, a secure user login portal was created to allow content to be shared easily. The website has been optimised for search and is now easier to navigate.
Solutus have a new brand identity across all of their marketing collateral that shows the fresh and innovative approach they take to Loan Servicing, the brand differentiates them from their competitors and the client is very, very happy.
